Payment methods

Payment in the web shop is possible exclusively by card through the secure CorvusPay payment system.

Payments are processed via a secure connection and card details are not available to the merchant.

Payment security

CorvusPay ensures complete confidentiality of your card information from the moment it is entered into the CorvusPay payment form. Card data is transmitted in encrypted form from your web browser directly to the bank that issued the card.

The web shop never has access to the complete card details.

Delivery

Product delivery is carried out via the GLS courier service.

Delivery is available within Croatia and to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Vatican City.

Delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually 3 to 7 business days, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or increased workload of delivery services.

After the package is shipped, the customer will receive shipment information and a tracking option.

Delivery cost

The delivery cost is shown to the customer during the checkout process before completing the order.

Returns and rights of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller via email at:

The returned product must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original and undamaged packaging

The customer must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the day of notifying the seller about the withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the seller will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Damage during transport

When receiving the package, the customer is obliged to check for any visible damage. If the package is visibly damaged, it is recommended to refuse acceptance of the shipment and inform the seller.
